'My Advertising Pays' filed a lawsuit against this blog on April 6th 2016.

The Lawsuit was thrown out on April 12th 2016 and so far 'My Advertising Pays' have not appealed this ruling.

There are many things I could say about the lies told with-in those filed papers, but
instead, I'd like to focus on a very interesting part of the court papers - namely, Mikes supposed home address.
In the papers, Mike lists his address as  'Harrison County, Louisiana'.

Two things are wrong with this statement.
Firstly, there IS no such address. 'Harrison County' is in TEXAS, on the Louisiana border.

...and secondly, this address doesn't appear in ANY of the company information registered to Mike Deese.

We have:
2620 Lejuene Drive, Apartment 9130, Biloxi, USA 39531

We have:
7213 Bayou Landing Dr Ocean Springs, MS 39564

We even have this one, where he's registered as living in the

 UK - BLACKBURN. 

Not to mention his (office) address in Anguilla:

201 Rogers Office Building, Edwin Wallace Rey Drive, George Hill, Anguilla. 

     Even his Facebook page states he lives in Mississippi - and he works for the United States Air force: 

So who is Mike lying to?

UK Companies House? Or the United States District Court - Northern District of Illinois?

This is what happens when you lie on oath:

'Any person who makes a false statement, material to the issue or point in question, which he does not believe to be true, in any pleading, affidavit or other document certified by such person in accordance with this Section shall be guilty of a Class 3 felony.' 

I hope it's an offence with a long jail term...
