But the best bit of this motion is this little snippet.

  1. Good morning and thanks a lot for your time and up-date informations.
I'm writing from Italy and there are a lot of people have been cheated by bb, is there any possibility to take action against the company to recover quanche money?
If yes what we have to do?
    Thanks in advance and Regards

  2. Hello Peppino, many thanks. To recover your money, your best bet is the Liquidators, details on my Liquidation page.

  3. Hello Tara, I have made a request to the banks under the section 75 of the Consumer Credit act. After many months they replied that because the transactions were made via a third party Section 75 could not be applied. Would you have any suggestions on how to find out if this is really the case? So many thanks. L Nella

    1. Hello Lucia. They are correct I'm afraid. Your best hope now is the Liquidators: David Rubin &Partners -Liquidators.

    2. thank you for your kind reply.
I also noticed that some of my transactions can be refunded under the chargeback section because they were made later on in the year and so within the 540 days. . Can the bank use the same reasons 'third party' in this case to avoid paying me back? thanks ever so much for your time and knowledge.

    3. Yes, Lucia I'm afraid so. It is possible to get refunds from payment processors if you are within their chargeback window (weeks), but generally speaking, after all this time your chances are slim.
