Their Fees to be paid.

Also, a statement has appeared regarding the possible prosecution of all previous promoters of Banners Broker with  a view to recovering funds:

This notice enables the sale of the Bayview property. The funds can then be used to pay creditors.

Hundreds of thousands of creditors have been found world wide.

But the best bit of this motion is this little snippet.

  3. Hello Tara, I have made a request to the banks under the section 75 of the Consumer Credit act. After many months they replied that because the transactions were made via a third party Section 75 could not be applied. Would you have any suggestions on how to find out if this is really the case? So many thanks. L Nella

    2. thank you for your kind reply.
I also noticed that some of my transactions can be refunded under the chargeback section because they were made later on in the year and so within the 540 days. . Can the bank use the same reasons 'third party' in this case to avoid paying me back? thanks ever so much for your time and knowledge.

    3. Yes, Lucia I'm afraid so. It is possible to get refunds from payment processors if you are within their chargeback window (weeks), but generally speaking, after all this time your chances are slim.
