The Achieve Community - SCAM collapsed.

Its always nice for us to report that scams have collapsed and this ponzi scheme is no exception.
The Achieve Community will no doubt be subject to International  Investigation which will take months/years to come to fruition and its founders will no doubt face lengthy jail sentences.
This is, of course, great news, but my focus has always been to help existing affiliates try and get their money back in full NOW.
Ignore what anybody tells you about 'waiting for answers'. These are delay tactics designed to prevent you from claiming your Chargeback with-in the specified legal time limit.
And remember, if your Chargeback Claim is successful, you will have returned to you ALL your money PLUS (in some instances) the interest accrued as well. If you wait for the authorities to sort out the mess you will achieve only a percentage of what you put in.
Please check the Chargeback Clock on this page to see if you're eligible and if you are, please follow the advice on the 'Get your money back - Chargeback' page.

  1. Hi Tara?
I live in Tanzania, our local banks do not agree with this. They say you've to file your claims to your payment processor; PayPal, payza,e.t.c.
For the case of Achieve community members, did not sign up with the payment processor, but achieve did on behalf. So we don't know which processor to file our claims. What can I do? Thanks...

  2. Hi Baraka. There are two issues here. Firstly, I've not heard of this before. I don't know how a company can sign you up to a payment processor on your behalf? The payment processor would still need your authorisation. Very dodgy. But your bank must know who they transferred the funds to? The time limits for Chargebacks that go through payment processors are very slim and sometimes not possible.
Tell your bank that you have been the victim of FRAUD, They have special departments to deal with this and you should be speaking to them directly, NOT CUSTOMER SERVICES.
Generally speaking, if a 'business opportunity' will ONLY accept payment through payment processors, its best to stay well away.

  3. Hi Tara,
I am in Italy.Me, my family and friends are trying to have the money back from bannerbroker.Could you indicate me the way to process this request.Thank you so much,

  4. Hi Raffaele. There are two ways to get your money back from Banners Broker. Either Chargeback or through the Liquidation process. Please refer to the Liquidation and Chargeback pages on this blog.
