Banners Broker - Guilty Plea Gets A Two Year Community Sentence!

On April 27th 2017 Smith and Dixit pleaded guilty to operating a pyramid scheme under the Competition Act. The two principles have received conditional sentences whereby they will serve two years less a day in the community and will be required to pay a $50,000 fine with in two years.

A two year Community Sentence is not justice. 
They stole Millions of dollars and caused untold misery.

This is disgraceful. 
It looks like Crime DOES pay after all!

    All money they have stolen and the lives they have ruined. This kind of sentence is hardly going to dissuade other crooks from running the same kind of scams.

    1. I couldn't agree more Paul! Steal hundreds of millions of dollars from Canada, cause Suicide(s), families to be ripped apart, life savings stolen and all you get is two years Community Service!
      Disgusting barely covers it!

  2. WHy didnt Paul Redmane get prosecuted. He was in Banners brokers and he was also the admin and ceo of Revstar Global that scammed everybody.
