REFUNDS
MyAdvertisingPays offers a thirty-day, money back guarantee on the initial transactions, minus the use of the product. All subsequent subscription fees and/or product payments are nonrefundable as the benefits of the service are realized immediately upon payment.
Upon cancellation of a distributor’s agreement, the participant may return resalable sales aids purchased within one (1) year from the date of cancellation for a refund if he or she is unable to sell or use the merchandise. A Participant may only return sales aids he or she personally purchased from the Company under his or her Participant Identification Number, and which are in resalable condition. Upon receipt of the products and sales aids, the Participant will be reimbursed ninety percent (90%) of the net cost of the original purchase price(s), less shipping charges.

CHOICE OF LAW AND FORUM

This Agreement incorporates by reference the Site Submission Rules if this site allows posting and posts such Rules. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties related to the subject matter thereof, supersedes any prior or contemporaneous (oral, written or electronic) agreement between the parties and shall not be changed except by written agreement signed by an officer of the Company. Commissions:
Affiliates can earn commissions in a variety of ways:
- Credit Pack Purchase: Here at MAP, our primary product is the “Credit Pack”. In short, a Credit Pack is an advertising package, purchased by one of our Affiliates, and utilized in order to promote an unlimited number of advertisements on the MAP Traffic Exchange. Each Credit Pack purchased for €49.99 may in turn, once fully utilized, gross the Affiliate €55.00.
- Referral Program: Put simply, each Affiliate that effectively refers another to the MAP system will earn between 5.0% and 10.00% of the advertising products purchased by the referred Affiliate.

(It should be specifically noted that MAP intends to greatly expand its Membership Levels beginning with the roll out of MAP 2.0 (coming late spring 2016).
