No date on which not show the self-proclaimed space pioneer Pascal Jaussi and his company Swiss Space Systems (S3) in the media. Jaussi was attacked and set on fire by unknown persons. Why, it puzzled the public.

Again and again, Pascal Jaussi relies on a new capital infusion of 30 million US dollars. Indeed: S3 received on 30th March 2016 bank guarantee to this amount. it was exhibited by Messrs Anthony Kuntz and Lawrence Cheah from the Axios Credit Bank Ltd. with address in Singapore (see picture gallery).

The bankers give themselves secretive: Man was not pleased with the attack against Jaussi, but they could not make the deal details, yet one wants to say who owns the bank or where they have exactly headquartered. In Singapore, the bank is not even listed in the register. The local financial market supervision Monetary Authority of Singapore does not regulate the bank, said an official against handelszeitung.ch. and not regulated by any authority.

The Axios Credit Bank says it is a private bank, regulated by the rules of the ECCB ( "We are Category B Private Bank registered under ECCB Regulations"). With ECCB the Eastern Caribbean Central Bank is meant. The Axios claiming so, they subject to the directives of the Central Bank of the six Caribbean small states and two British colonies Antigua and Barbuda, Grenada, St. Kitts and Nevis, Dominica, St. Lucia, St. Vincent and the Grenadines and Anguilla and Montserrat.

But claims to know neither the ECCB nor the national financial authorities of the eight islands that Axios Credit Bank - let alone monitor. Neither current nor registers in already deleted databases appeared on the institute. Handelszeitung.ch has obtained relevant information from all authorities. Even more, the experts of national Banking Supervision of St. Kitts and Nevis warned explicitly Axios. The retention of basic information (where the bank has its real seat who their shareholders, etc.), is an important warning signal. Website exists since January

Further research also show: The Bank www.axioscreditbank.com website has been registered through this January. For whom the website belongs, is concealed by an anonymizer service. And on Facebook, the company also exists only since this year.

As director of the Bank is acting a certain ngul Ming Thang. On his personal website and on Linkedin, it presents itself as a visionary young entrepreneur. he has not voted on Google in August the same five star Seine Bank. This certainly can not hide the fact that the Axios Credit Bank apparently operated in a vacuum, unregulated stands and exists primarily on the Internet.

The basics of this article appear to be that Swiss Space Systems and the D&B Groups company S3 had a $30 million Bank guarantee (from Dr. Amin Forati) in March 2016 when Forati was still working for Charles at Traffic Monsoon.

My Advertising Pays - Corporate Announcement Explained

Alot has happened over the last couple of days so we want to clarify exactly what the message Mike sent out, actually means.
This is the Announcement again in full:

Simultaneously, despite heavy pressure, our credit card processor has unilaterally elected to withhold Euro funds for undisclosed and unanticipated periods of time – sometimes upwards of six (6) months. Needless to say, we have consulted with our attorney and – without immediate action on the part of the credit card processor – we look to institute legal action in order to recoup these funds immediately.
Consequently, while our technical solutions allow for business-as-usual to begin on Wednesday (9/21/2016), our credit card processing issues provide no immediate deadline for solution.
Accordingly, we are forced to suspend MAP transactions, both financial and otherwise, until these credit card processing issues can effectively be brought to a close. It goes without saying that this will be a shock to you as it has been for all of us here at MAP. We have put our all into building this amazing product and now are being choked into submission by outside sources.
This all being said, while slowly and painfully trudging through the effects of our credit card processing woes, we do have some fantastic developments. During the course of our expansion and growth, we have been lucky enough to garner the attention of a number of large corporate partners. As luck would have it, we have begun discussions with a number of blue chip corporations that, through partnership with the existing MAP executive team, would greatly influence MAP’s international reach and – as a result – your bottom line.
It goes without saying that, while we are making our way through our existing credit card processing issues, we have remained truly excited about sharing this development with our loyal members!

Firstly,
'..after a brief 48 hour shutdown this Monday 19th...'
sounds like 'My Advertising Pays' is completely shutting down for 48 hours and will apparently re-open on Wednesday 21st . There  is absolutely no reason for a total shutdown, it makes no sense and is highly suspicious. We'll be watching that one closely.

Secondly '...our credit card processor has elected to place a hold on our USD Reserve Fund, limiting our ability to transact business and greatly hindering members profit share distributions.Simultaneously, despite heavy pressure, our credit card processor has unilaterally elected to withhold Euro funds for undisclosed and unanticipated periods of time – sometimes upwards of six (6) months.'

Mike is saying that the processor is 'withholding funds', rather than 'a freeze on processing', this makes a big difference. 

'A hold on funds generally refers to the procedure by which a processor withholds X amount of a merchant’s processing volume due to “suspicious” transactions. Once held, those funds will not be deposited to the merchant’s checking account, and can be held indefinitely pending an investigation. Moreover, funds from open authorizations (i.e. recently processed transactions) may be withheld as well.
A hold may occur in unison with a processing freeze (when a merchant temporarily shuts down payment processing abilities), but not in every case. Sometimes the processor may allow the merchant to continue processing new transactions, so as to prevent them from having to shut down their ability to accept credit cards completely.'

So  'Withholding Funds'  means that the payment processor suspects My Advertising Pays of  'SUSPICIOUS' transactions -which means they legally  have to report these suspicions to the relevant authorities.

This is bad enough, but why does Mike have to shut down the whole of  'My Advertising Pays'?
 He has TWO payment processors, VX GATEWAY and SOLID  TRUST PAY .
If  VX GATEWAY  have frozen funds, why not just use Solid Trust Pay? 

This is further proof that MAPS and VX GATEWAY are the same,

There is no need to 'to suspend MAP transactions, both financial and otherwise..,'

unless of course, Mike is lying, which wouldn't be the first time, would it?

My Advertising Pays - Who Is Ron Smith?

Ron Smith has been a member of  'My Advertising Pays' since December 2013.
My Advertising Pays was launched on Dec 4th 2013

Here is a little background on him:
He was an affiliate at Empower Network in March 2012:




He then went onto Banners Broker, where he states here (May 2012) that Simon (Stepsys) was his mentor:






He first announced his membership of MAPS on 18th December 2013:

 But not everybody was impressed with his sales pitch!

Ron certainly seems very keen on the 'My Advertising Pays' concept:

But Mike was so impressed with him , Ron got to be Admin on the 

Official MAPS Facebook page!

And Simon was so impressed with him, he made Ron a 'business partner'!

You would have thought then, that seeing as how Ron and Simon were such good buddies,
that Simon would have joined under Ron, and not under Mark Ghobril?

Think of all those juicy Referral Commission payments from Simon that Ron missed out on!


Lets look at those dates again:

Simon joined in January 2014.
Ron joined in December 2013.
But Mark Ghobril was Simon's sponsor, so Mark presumably joined earlier than both of them? Because if Mark hadn't joined before Ron, then Simon would have joined under Ron, rather than Mark?

What a pickle...

Which brings me back to my original question.
Who is Ron Smith? 

'I don't know' is the honest answer. But I can tell you this:
Ron Smith is the most famous Mapper after Mike Deese that nobody has ever heard of.
He is on so many MAPS affiliate Facebook pages  - Leaders or not -  that I actually lost count.

My Advertising Pays - PAYMENTS SUSPENDED FOR SIX MONTHS!

My Advertising Pays have just announced a suspension of payments for UP TO SIX MONTHS citing this reason:
'our credit card processor has elected to place a hold on our USD Reserve Fund, limiting our ability to transact business and greatly hindering members profit share distributions.Simultaneously, despite heavy pressure, our credit card processor has unilaterally elected to withhold Euro funds for undisclosed and unanticipated periods of time – sometimes upwards of six (6) months.'

Mike then goes on to say that the technical issues will be resolved soon and 'business will resume on September 21st'.
 How? If people are unable to buy credit packs, there IS no business.

So which one of these has frozen Mikes funds?

Traffic Monsoons funds were frozen by Paypal because they suspected that Traffic Monsoon was a PONZI scam.

Have MAPS funds been frozen for the same reason? 

My Advertising Pays - Is This The End?

Three pieces of Breaking News tonight that questions how long 'My Advertising Pays' can go on:

Firstly, the planned Event in Germany this weekend has been cancelled.
This email has been sent out this afternoon:
'Dear participants of the Berlin events, the Event Team has been informed shortly of the Executive Committee of MyAdvertisingPays that it is -in person of Tony and Lynne Booth not appear despite a firm commitment to the event. Simon Stepsys also canceled his participation in the event. The aim of the event team was with the event: -. To generate confidence in MAP 2.0 . - To provide important information about the business - it was a value for each Mapper sought. the event schedule was focused on four essential confidence-building program points to convey the above objectives. the fact that now all that should inspire confidence, has been withdrawn, it is the team no longer possible to stand on the stage and the rest the program as planned "uncoil". It is certain that can answer the all-important for all Mapper questions NOT. the organizing team strives feverishly to obtain more information about the background and keeps you more up to date. This is major news. Germany had driven the upturn in My Advertising Pays over the last few months,
Both Tony Booth and Simon Stepsys were due to attend. But with the payments now suspended and the Profit Share halted due to 'technical issues' the prospect of a room full of angry German affiliates was obviously not to appealing.

On October 1st 2015, it was announced that Swiss Space Systems has teamed up with D&B Group to open a subsidiary named 'S3 Middle East'.

'S3 Middle East' is developing a suborbital shuttle for launching small satellites into Arab Space called 'SOAR'.

The company also planned on using the same aircraft to provide 'micro-gravity parabolic' flights for both passengers and researchers. 

On Sunday, 20th December, 2015, S3 announced that these flights were postponed.

Rumours on social media reported financial difficulties with the company being unable to 

pay it's staff salaries.

This was denied by S3 Community Manager Claudia Jaussi:

'It has come to my attention – through the S3 monitoring process of the social network and news – that you have re-posted on the 11th December 2015 a false statement, regarding the financial situation of S3 and its employees, shared initially on twitter by SPAU on the same day.​..'

On January 20th 2016, Charles announced the appointment of Dr. Amin Forati as his Chief Financial Officer:

On June 25th 2016, Charles put out this announcement regarding Amin Forati:

'What happened to Amin Forati? – There were circumstances which caused doubt to fall upon whether this man was doing the things he said he was going to do for the company. It’s now spread throughout forums that he is not a Maltese Ambassador any longer. He was dismissed and is currently being investigated for fraud. Amin Forati was let go without pay.'

Which means, that for approx FIVE months, as Financial officer, Amin Forati had access to millions and millions of dollars of Traffic Monsoon funds.

This is an extract from the SEC court filed papers:

'Since inception, defendants have taken in from investors approximately $207 million in sales of a product called the “Banner AdPack” (“AdPack”). Over 162,000 investors throughout the world have invested in AdPacks. As of the beginning of 2016, Traffic Monsoon was taking in approximately $25 million in cash each month.
So what did Amin do with access to all this money?

Traffic Monsoon's court injunction hearing has now been postponed until November 1st.

Lets hope we get some answers to that question then.

My Advertising Pays - Promises and Reality

'My Advertising Pays' is currently not paying it's members and its 'profit share' has been suspended.

There are plenty of rumours on the Internet regarding the reason for this, but since

neither Mike Deese or Tony Booth have made any statements about the payment problems (or anything else for that matter), we can only guess at what's happening.

However, two things are for certain.

Firstly, in this day and age, it doesn't take TWO weeks to fix a system problem.

And secondly, in this day and age, it doesn't take THIRTY days to make a payment to somebody.

Hello MAPPERS!

We have a MAJOR announcement to make! We have been hard at work behind the scenes setting up the future of 'MyAdvertisingPays'. With our Executive Team, I have spent the last couple of months working very closely with many of our current partners and future, potential partners. Recently, we’ve had big strategy meetings and have taken MASSIVE action since then. MAP will be a different kind of Advertising Beast (we estimate) by the end of the first quarter/beginning of second quarter of 2016 . Coming soon, we will have a whole team of dedicated programmers, designers and specialists that will be answerable to MAP and only MAP! With this new team, once MAP 2.0 and all of her new products are launched and off the ground, we will be offering website building services to our members to further increase our external revenue streams, which strengthens MAP’s bottom line! Yep, one day in the near future, you can have MAP build your websites, capture pages, lead generation systems and much much more!
The Bad (?)
Advertising Funds will not be in MAP 2.0. Once we transfer all current members to MAP 2.0, the new accounts will not have Advertising Funds. You must use what you have or you will lose it when our new website launches, which is estimated to be 6 months or so from now. Our current banner system is overloaded with ads. Doing away with the Advertising Fund is going to drastically increase the impressions on your ads and while providing MUCH better value on your purchase(s).
Current product codes will not be transferred because the new advertising system will be completely different. So you must use or lose them by the time the transfer to the new site happens. You have quite some time to do so.
Membership fees will not be refunded. If your membership fee is due just before we get ready to launch the new platform, we suggest just letting your account sit idle until the transfer is complete if you are worried about losing the Membership fee. Totally your call.
Anyone with a certain credit pack level (number yet to be determined), will have a small monthly account maintenance fee (similar to Membership Levels). We will ensure that this is charged only to those with sufficient account levels so that it doesn’t really affect your balance.
The goal is to always ensure we are making the best decisions for the Company, so that the members will continue getting paid for a lifetime, based on quality products and services.
Oh yea! MAP is here to stay and we are ramping up our efforts so that we will be able to withstand our ENORMOUS growth! With all of your support, MAP 1.0 has served us well. We now have the opportunity to capitalize on our success and charge forward into new advertising categories and really differentiate ourselves from anyone else online today. We have a lot of work to do, but the future is definitely bright with MAP 2.0!.'

And this post in December 2015?

He said they had  A NEW Office.

So Mike recruited (so they say) an IT dept of at least three people way back in October 2015 to solve these issues but as yet, they seem unable to do so.

Mike never actually SAID the new office was at:

'Barnmeadow House, Barnmeadow Lane, Great Harwood, Blackburn BB6',

but Google image matched the pictures he published and we very quickly found it.

And the REALITY?

The truth is, Mike never had a genuine lease in the first place. Lynne and a few 'extras' just staged a few shots to LOOK LIKE it was real!

The reduction in maximum credit packs will help many more members reach the maximum credit packs sooner increasing the sales force motivation and making it easier to max the credit packs. If you want more earnings then go to work and increase your advertising sales.

How much of this has happened?
The Office? NO.
24 hour withdrawals? NO.
Debit cards? NO.
Loyalty points system? NO
A 'small monthly account fee'? NO!
(99 EUROS A MONTH is NOT small!)

This is the reality of Version 2 written by an affiliate:

Under Map 1, you could have up to 1200 credit packs, and earned roughly $10 per pack in 3-4 months, variable. 

Under Map 2. you can have 1000 Credit packs, each earns you just 5 Euro. Of course for us brits there is a exchange fee too as well as the normal payment processor fees, so how much is left from 5 Euro I don't know, I don't know how long each pack takes to mature but it seems painfully slow.

Under Map 2. You are not allowed to cash in your USA packs, you have to turn them into Euro Packs. This costs over $62 which is more than the pack matures at. Imagine that you have a load of USA packs, you cannot cash them in and start again....you have to buy Euro packs for more than the value of the pack! Euro packs pay a lot less as well.

Under Map 2 Membership fees are a lot higher, based on how many packs you have. It is now 99.99 Euro a month if you have 1000 packs. 

Under Map 2. You can make a withdrawal request but it goes pending for 30 days. You cannot get money out for 30 days. 

So it is essentially a downgrade. I had intended to draw my money out off the dollar packs but they saw that coming. Imagine all those people with 1200 USA packs not being about to draw any money at all anymore until all are converted to Euro pack and they lose on every purchase. I am surprised it hasn't all collapsed all ready.


Credit packs - only click tens ads a day in total - not per pack. and the price per click is always the same. So why do you get paid between 20 cents per day to 60 cents per day? Or sometimes nothing? '

********************* So what do we think is happening? 
The post we wrote last month on the 'My Advertising Pays Scam Facebook' page, still stands.
We think that Traffic Monsoon's demise gave the MAPS affiliates a wake-up call and they logged on to VX Gateway in droves to request a withdrawal.
This is a reminder of the Alexa ranking for VX GATEWAY last month:

The problem is, Mike has no money.
Recruiting is drying up and withdrawals are increasing.
Maps has no way to go except DOWN.
But you know what the biggest indication is?
THE 'LEADERS'.
Ask around, see for yourself how many now have 'a second income stream,' or 'an alternative venture' all of a sudden.
Then ask yourselves why, if MAPS was a LONG TERM, stable income, they'd need to look elsewhere!
